The Overland Park Host Lions Club is holding a Pasta Supper and Silent Auction, Saturday, April 17 from 5 to 8 p.m., in the Overland Park Christian Church fellowship hall, 7600 West 75th Street.
Proceeds from the event will help support several community services, including scholarships for graduating seniors and the purchase of eyeglasses for needy school children.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $2.50 for children 11 and younger and will be on sale at the door. For advance purchase, call Neal or Beverly Nichols, 913-642-7520.
The menu will feature home-made meat balls, pasta, tossed green salad, bread and coffee or tea. A variety of desserts will be available for $1.50 per serving.
A variety of items will be available for bid during the silent auction period.
